1. After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning apply this AVST4/5 Moisturiser
2. Massage into the face and neck
3.Use twice, daliy (Morning and Evening)
4. Use a minimum of 2-3 bottles before progressing to the next level of the step up programme.
