Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment all clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments; late arrival may result in shortened treatment time and will be charged at full price. If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will need to reschedule or if we have time to see you, you will be charged a £10 late fee in addition to treatment costs.




To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required; otherwise a 50% charge will be implemented or will lose their deposit.





All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 9 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.




All appointments will require a non-refundable £10.00 deposit to secure bookings. Any purchases over the value of £100.00 will require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Deposits will be deducted off the treatment price once you arrive.

 Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.



Please try to make arrangements for young children / babies. We understand at times it is necessary  to bring your children to the salon; we endeavour to accommodate this, but we ask that you respect other clients.


Gift Vouchers


Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.



If we are running a Groupon / Wowcher campaign, the vouchers are limited to one per person.  If you have used a voucher in the salon before (for any treatment) you will not be permitted to use another one at any time. You will need to contact the salon to book (subject to availability). If you do not turn up to your appointment your voucher will be redeemed and you will not be permitted to use another one.



All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Please note that all pricing is subject to change.

We reserve the right to introduce promotions at any time. All bookings made prior to a promotion being introduced will not be changed to that of the promotion.

Patch Testing

New clients will require a patch test at least 48hrs prior to treatments.

Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in us being unable to carry out the treatment and the cancellation policy will apply.

Hygiene and Sanitation

Our equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every service and treatment. In return we ask you to please consider our therapists – and that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.



Pregnant women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test.

Certain medical conditions may be contra-indication to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, before speaking directly to us, to determine if you can have the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.


Payments, Refunds and Exchanges


We accept all major credit / debit cards & cash payments.


By paying for your treatment you are confirming that you are happy with the results of the treatment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied please tell us straight away so we can rectify the problem ASAP. We will not rectify any problems without payment after you have left the salon.


Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
